For a full refund, merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
All returned merchandise must show a Return For Inspection Number (RFI) clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please email us to obtain an RFI.
Meteorites, jewellery and watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewellery and new watches returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished and must have the security tag still attached; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.
